Usually, the problem isn&amp;rsquo;t the machine itself—it&amp;rsquo;s just that your old infrared lamps have lost their punch and aren&amp;rsquo;t hitting the wattage they used to.&#xA;The good news? You don&amp;rsquo;t have to rip out the whole oven to speed things up. You can just swap in some high-density heater lamps and get your throughput back up.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;How it actually works&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We build these lamps to hit the &amp;ldquo;sweet spot&amp;rdquo; of PET resin. By using a halogen-filled quartz tube, we pack the energy into shortwave infrared radiation.&#xA;Essentially, the heat sinks into the preform wall much faster.
