Stop waiting a month for a replacement lamp
Let’s be honest: nobody wants to be the person telling the boss that the production line is dead for four weeks because you’re waiting on a proprietary lamp from some global brand across the ocean. It’s a nightmare. That’s why we do things differently. We build custom infrared lamps direct from our shop to your floor. We’ve managed to shrink those agonizing lead times from a month down toseven days. And the best part? They’re drop-in replacements. You won’t have to tear apart your control cabinets or spend your weekend rewiring the whole system. You just pop them in and get back to work.
Getting the heat exactly right
We don’t believe in “one size fits all.” You tell us your voltage and wattage, and we build to that. If you’re searing the surface of something, we’ll go with shortwave tubes. If you’re dealing with thicker food that needs heat to soak in deep, medium-wave is the way to go. It all comes down to the filament density—we tweak that so you hit your target temperature in seconds, not minutes. Just a heads-up: if you’re running high-wattage tubes, they put out a massive amount of heat. Make sure your cooling fans and reflectors are up to the task. If they aren’t, you’re just asking for the filaments to burn out early.
Built for the mess of a food plant
Food plants are tough on gear. Between the steam and the caustic wash-down cycles, things get corroded fast. We use high-purity quartz glass because it doesn’t contaminate your product and it can take a beating. We also use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. Why? Because when a lamp blows, you want to swap it out in two minutes, not spend an hour fighting with weird, custom wiring. Plus, for some specific drying jobs, we can add thin-film coatings to the quartz. This shifts the heat away from your conveyor belt and puts it exactly where it belongs:on the food.
How we move so fast
Usually, “custom” means “wait forever.” But we’ve hacked that process. We keep a huge stock of raw quartz tubing and tungsten filaments on hand. The second you send over your length and voltage specs, we start winding, sealing, and testing. You get the same precision and output as the original OEM part, but it actually shows up when you need it.
