What you need to know
Installation is straightforward, but spacing matters. Radiant intensity drops fast with distance, so we specify mounting heights and clearances to keep hot spots off food and off equipment surfaces. These heaters run hot. They need a dedicated circuit, and you can’t place them where packaging or towels can contact the element. They also need a clean, dry environment to avoid premature failure. Match the element wattage and voltage to your oven’s design, and confirm compatibility with your existing thermostat or control system before ordering.
